How to Transfer Ownership of your dog through PCCI

If you are a first time pure breed dog owner, it would be so confusing for you about what to do on the procedures of transferring ownership of your dog. But wait it is just as simple as 123..
All you have to do is fill out the information at the back of your dogs pedigree and that’s it! but to elaborate on things to do.. here is what you need to answer.
On Section A
- Date of Transfer: The date you took physical possession of the dog.
- Name of New Owner: Your name and address information.
- Signature of the former registered owner.
On Section B
- Signature of New Owner, of course it is your signature.
- You will pay Php250.00 for the transfer of ownership plus Php540.00 for your membership if you are not yet a member of the Club. Please submit/send your 1″ x 1″ ID picture for your PCCI membership card.
So after a month or so, you will received either by mail or drop by the PCCI office, it is your choice, to get your new certificate as a new owner.
Hope it helps!
