Dog’s Itchy Skin
We, dog owners know that dogs really do scratch but too much scratching is not normal.. there must be some problem going on.. and take note that dog skin is much sensitive than human skin so we have to take extra efforts on our dogs grooming.
First, regular combing helps eliminate itchiness because cleanses the dirt that our dogs catches during playtime like pollens, grass and sand and or while sleeping in their cradlesoft mattress or mattings. Be sure to use soft comb to remove tangles as well, if your dog has a long hair.
Second, bath them regularly. As to how regular it depends on your dogs coat and size. Make sure that you gave them dog shampoo because human shampoo may irritate them more. Rinse them well and towel dry them.
Regular visit on your vet also will make you know ahead if there is a skin problem going on. I hope it helps.
