Dog Handlers

I have heard in the news that the most in demand job now in Saudi Arabia is all about dogs. Like dog handling, dog trainer, dog groomer and alike. Wonder why it is so in demand there now? maybe Saudi residence love dogs a lot or they need more sniffing dogs to train but please verify it first to the Saudi Embassy.
I am not really sure if it is true ok but I wonder if there is such a thing on Philadelphia? maybe I should start searching jobs in philly for dog handling.
