Feeding Guide for Adult Dogs

Here are some of the Basic Feeding Guide for Adult Dogs and it can be change of course with your vets guidance, here is just a hint okey?

1. For toy dogs such as Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Toy Poodle etc.. or any dog who weighs up to 10 pounds and below, dry food is approximately up to 1/3 to 1 cup per serving or on dry food mixed with canned food it is approximately 1/4 can plus up to 3/4 cup of dry food.

2. For small dogs such as Miniature Poodle, Scottish Terrier etc.. or any dog who weighs up to 10-25 pounds, dry food is approximately up to 1 to 2 1/4 cups per serving or on dry food mixed with canned food it is approximately ½ can plus ½ to 1½ cups of dry food.

3. For medium dogs such as Cocker Spaniel, Beagle, Springer Spaniel etc.. or any dog who weighs up to 25-50 pounds, dry food is approximately up to 2 1/4 to 3 3/4 cups per serving or on dry food mixed with canned food it is approximately 1 can plus 1 to 2½ cups of dry food.

4. For large dogs such as Collie, Boxer, Labrador, Golden Retriever etc.. or any dog who weighs up to 50-75 pounds, dry food is approximately up to 3 3/4 to 5 cups per serving or on dry food mixed with canned food it is approximately 1½ cans plus 1 3/4 to 3 cups of dry food.

5. For huge dogs such as Great Dane, Malamute, St. Bernard, Mastiff etc.. or any dog who weighs over 75 pounds, dry food is approximately up 5-8 cups per serving or on dry food mixed with canned food it is approximately 2 cans plus 2½ to 5 1/4 cups of dry food.

Please note that this is just a hint and only your vet can give you the right diet for your dogs, over feeding is not encourage because we do not want an unhealthy dog and there is no such diet pill like lipozene that your dog can take for weight loss so always be cautious on what you feed your dogs and also give them enough exercise.
