Getting fit these days need not be expensive because now your personal fitness instructor could be your dog. Dogs are recently tagged as the great running companions and the best fat burner for men, women and even kids too. Why? one reason is you own your time, second is your with your best buddy and lastly it is never boring to be with your dog just always bring enough water for you and your running buddy to avoid dehydration.

Aren’t you confused with the bunch of dog supplements in the market now? there are supplements for coat, for the teeth, for the skin and even for the joint supplement, for shiny coat etc etc.. but do our dogs need all of this? Well different breeds need a lot of different care to give. First you should know your breeds weakness and invest supplements on that angle, like for example labrador retriever and golden retriever are most likely to get hip dysplasia when the get old, so give their bones enough attention so that the risk would delayed or even not show up on your pet.

Be aware that your dog can catch up fever today due to weather change, we are currently experiencing El Nino and that extreme heat can cause our furry friend to get hot and uncomfortable. But we should first distinguished a feverish dog to not sick dog. Of course getting a thermotox on their anus, I mean thermometer can best detect the fever, at 103 degrees they have fever, but if they wane and mopes more maybe they catch a fever.
So how to cure it?

Yes and No. No because they are not doing it intentionally but like in humans when we are sick and not in the mood to eat we unknowingly starve ourselves because we for one we does not like the taste of the food we eat even if it is the best food for you or maybe your throat is so painful the you opted not to eat to hurt it more, that is what dogs feel too and that I think is not the best crash diets that work but YES it is a form of a crash diet because after the sickness you will notice that they lost a little weight but they can recover from it as soon as their appetite has resume.
