My friends 5 years old (tomorrow bday nya) dog, champ (I fondLy caLL him “champopo”), went missing last night, March 19, 2010.

He was seen last night in front of my friends house, as per the tricycle driver, may kumuha daw sa harap ng house nila na naka-motorcycle na may naka-angkas na girl.

We first knew Reema Chanco on a show named Game Plan, she is a very sporty type girl, very adventurous but indeed she has a big heart for animal welfare. She joined a lot of animal events and advocacy’s and even gather funds for their welfare.

She owns a golden retriever and a labrador, both belong to the sports breed of dogs, maybe her fur babies are her fat burners that is why she looks fit and healthy all the time.

Dogs are not hard to love because they are lovable, dogs are the example of the words unconditional love that we humans wants to by another human but dogs gave it to us without asking. If you notice a happy dog owner have a happy dog, they live stress free and when your down and sick your dog is there to comfort you and be with you until you are well.

Get ready for the event that you and your active dog is waiting for, the TailRunners: The Metro Dog Run is scheduled on April 17, 2010 at SM Mall of Asia and will start as early as 4am but before getting excited be sure that you give your dog enough exercise weeks before the event. Be sure that they are fit and capable to run with you on the said date, bring enough water, food and all necessary things for them to be comfortable.

Getting them trained and exercise will make them fit because there is no quick weight loss program for dogs so better start it now!

I have always been a fan of the English Bulldog, I really find them cute and very loving. Well aside from the fact of what owners said about their laziness I still wish that someday I will own one. It is not about how expensive it is, one English Bulldog puppy can be as low as 45,000 up to more than a 100,000php depending on its line, quality, gender and color. But my reason is I got 7 dogs already at home and I do not think I can give attention to everybody if I will add one so soon. My youngest is just a year and 6 months old, I got one, the 8th, but died so soon like 2 months after we got it. So I guess we are not yet ready for it..

But it is really fun watching them and if ever I would own one I’ll definitely make him wear a tuxedo just like the picture above and bring him to a photo shoot, maybe someday soon…

We know that getting our dogs cleaned and groomed would costs us a lot of money, specially if your dogs hair are long and or thick. A simple hair cut of all shaved would be 500php so how much more a puppy cut or any kinda cut that you would want to try on your dog.

That is why I am planning to take a training on dog grooming but I cannot actually see anyone who is doing a lecture on how to be a dog groomer or do you know any? So how come there are dog groomers on most of the pet shops or do vets only knew everything about it? I think being an in house dog groomer has a lot of employment screening done before they were hired because doing this job needs a lot of patience and courage because, one, your client and you cannot communicate so you do not know what they want and what they are thinking, lolz!
